The Swiss Haus SAPPHIRE pot, with its 4-litre capacity, is a versatile kitchen helper for everyday cooking. Its cast aluminium body ensures even heat distribution, while the inner SAPPHIRE ceramic non-stick surface allows you to prepare meals with minimal fat and makes cleaning easier. The pot is suitable for all hob types, including induction. It comes with a glass lid featuring a steam vent, which makes it easy to monitor your food as it cooks.

Durable cast aluminium construction

The pot's body, made from cast aluminium (food-grade), provides excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution across the entire surface. This means food cooks efficiently without burning. The specially reinforced induction base ensures full compatibility and efficiency on induction hobs, while the pot also works perfectly on all other hob types, from gas to ceramic.

Ceramic surface for healthy cooking

The inside of the pot is coated with a SAPPHIRE ceramic non-stick surface, which lets you cook with a minimal amount of fat. The surface is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. It is completely safe for your health, as it contains no harmful substances like PFOA, PTFE, lead or cadmium. This ensures your food remains pure and free from unwanted chemicals.

Easy handling and maintenance

Handling the pot is made easy by the plastic soft-touch handles, which are non-slip and stay cool to the touch. It includes a glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a vent for excess steam to escape, giving you control over the cooking process. After use, both the pot and lid can be placed in the dishwasher. You can also use the pot for baking in the oven at temperatures up to 180°C, but without the glass lid.

The lid is not suitable for oven use.
