Healthy cooking with KOHERSEN pans
The special Black Cube surface finish, with its honeycomb structure and diamond non-stick coating, enhances the pan's functionality. Both the inner and outer surfaces feature this structure, which helps to distribute heat evenly and reduces food sticking. This makes frying, stirring and cleaning easier. The surface is scratch-resistant and free from harmful substances like PFOA and PFOS*, contributing to safer cooking.
Versatile use of the KOHERSEN pan
The design includes a high-quality sandwich base that enables its use on all types of hobs — gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The KOHERSEN pan also comes with a glass lid, which allows for gentle cooking and baking. The pan can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 260°C.
High-quality wok design
Comfort during use is also very important. That's why the KOHERSEN pan has two stainless steel handles that are sturdy and well-shaped for a stable grip. The wok weighs around 2.74kg—the body is sufficiently robust, which helps retain heat and eliminates warping at high temperatures. The KOHERSEN pan is also dishwasher-safe.

Five different pans were tested, including pans with a steel body, aluminium, and a hybrid (multi-layer) structure with various coatings: ceramic, enamel and PTFE. The temperature increase was measured point by point until it reached 200°C.
