Recommended dosage
Adults:
Take 6 to 12 tablets 2 times a day
New users with no experience of use:
Start at a dose of 3 tablets twice a day and gradually increase the dose after a week
Children from 3 years:
1 to 4 tablets per day
Take ideally 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Drink enough (min. 2 dcl of liquid). Increased fluid intake is recommended during use.
