Use:
Warning: Do not take internally.
Bath in Epsom salt: Fill the bath with warm water and add the Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, 0.5 cups (1dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for your bath. This results in maximum elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
