Abrasive paste for removing dents and scratches using a DA (dual action) polisher, also suitable for hard paintwork. Hard paint types such as those found on BMW, Mercedes Benz or Volkswagen can often be difficult to polish with a dual action (DA) polisher. The polishing paste has been designed to allow you to remove deep gouges and scratches right with the dual action polisher. Restoring Compound V2 also easily restores faded colours that have been plagued by long-term oxidation. This is the first, most abrasive step of a complete paint revitalization program. As with all Auto Finesse Revitalise variants, the Restoring Compound has been designed to work in conjunction with discs from the same range. The combination of pad and product allows you to effortlessly remove defects and repair paintwork with ease. After using Restoring Compound, we recommend to use at least the second step, i.e. Polishing Compound, or a paste designed for one-step polishing, i.e. One Step Compound, to obtain a high gloss. The Auto Finesse Revitalise programme is designed for those who want to improve their paintwork. All Revitalise pastes and pads have been designed for use with a dual action (orbital) polisher. The new pastes are water-based and free of filler ingredients that would only mask paint damage.
