Recommended dosage
Better Sleep
Take 2 capsules 1 time daily, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Wash down with plenty of water.
Focus & Energy
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at midday, ideally with a meal. Can be taken 2 capsules at a time in the morning. Do not take in the evening due to the caffeine content. Wash down with plenty of water.
