The BerlingerHaus BH-8353 aluminium wok has a diameter of 28cm and a capacity of 3.5 litres. Its forged aluminium body is complemented by a three-layer TitanPro non-stick surface, which lets you cook with minimal fat. Thanks to the turbo induction base, heat spreads quickly and evenly. The wok is suitable for use on all types of hobs and can withstand oven temperatures of up to 180°C.

Three-layer surface and forged body

The inside is coated with a non-stick finish. This is a three-layer TitanPro surface infused with titanium, which reduces the risk of food burning and allows for healthier cooking with just a drop of oil. The base is a forged aluminium body that conducts heat efficiently across the entire bottom. After use, the wok can be washed in the dishwasher.

Turbo induction base and ergonomic handle

The bottom features a turbo induction base. This design ensures fast, energy-efficient heating by distributing heat smoothly and evenly. The wok is therefore compatible with all types of hobs – from gas burners and ceramic hobs to induction. For handling, there is an ergonomically shaped handle with a Soft Touch finish that does not overheat during cooking.

Healthy cooking and practical accessories

No harmful substances were used in its production. The surface contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium, so your food preparation is completely safe. You can also put the wok in the oven and bake dishes at temperatures up to 180°C. The package also includes a soft felt liner that protects the surface from scratching during storage.
