The BerlingerHaus aluminium WOK pan has a diameter of 28cm and a total capacity of 3.2 litres. Its forged aluminium core ensures fast and even heat distribution across the entire surface. The interior is coated with a three-layer non-stick titanium surface, which lets you cook with a minimal amount of fat. The reinforced induction base is compatible with all types of hobs.

Titanium surface and aluminium core

The body of the pan consists of a forged aluminium core, which excels in thermal conductivity and contributes to the even heating of your food. The interior is coated with three layers of a non-stick titanium surface. This finish prevents burning and lets you cook with just a drop of oil. Both the inner and outer layers contain no harmful substances and are completely safe for food contact.

Induction base and oven use

The bottom of the pan is fitted with a reinforced stainless steel Turbo induction base. This makes heating more efficient, and the pan can be used on all common hob types, whether gas, electric, ceramic or induction. The pan is also suitable for baking in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 160°C, which expands its versatility in food preparation.

Ergonomic handle and easy maintenance

For handling, there is an ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip, soft-touch finish. It is heat-insulated, so it stays cool to the touch even during cooking. After use, the pan can be washed in the dishwasher, which makes cleaning significantly easier. To maintain the long life of the non-stick surface, using wooden or silicone kitchen utensils is recommended.
