The BerlingerHaus TitanPro aluminium WOK pan has a diameter of 30cm and is perfect for preparing Asian dishes and stews. The forged aluminium body ensures fast and even heat distribution. The inner TitanPro non-stick surface enables you to cook with a minimum of fat and is highly scratch-resistant. The pan works on all hob types and comes with a glass lid with a seal.

TitanPro surface and healthy cooking

The TitanPro inner surface is highly resistant to scratching. Its non-stick properties let you sauté vegetables or meat with only a minimal amount of oil, contributing to healthier meal preparation. What's more, the surface contains no harmful PFOA, lead or cadmium. This means no toxic fumes are released when heated, making food preparation completely safe.

Construction and universal use

The body of the pan is made of forged aluminium, which ensures rapid and even heat distribution across the entire surface. The sandwich base ensures compatibility with all types of hobs, from gas and ceramic to induction. The pan can also be placed in the oven for baking up to 180°C, which lets you finish dishes without having to transfer them.

Ergonomics and a practical lid

Handling is made easier by the ergonomically shaped handle, which stays cool on the hob thanks to its surface finish. A tempered glass lid is included, equipped with a vent for excess steam to escape. The edge of the lid has a soft silicone seal that fits snugly onto the pan and improves heat retention. The lid handle is made of stainless steel with a gold PVD finish.
