Iodine is an essential trace element that the body needs to produce thyroid hormones. Blendea Jód contains kelp seaweed extract (Laminaria japonica), which is one of the richest natural sources of iodine. Compared to synthetic potassium iodide, it is absorbed much better because of its organic form, which the body uses more efficiently.

Recommended dosage
