Magnesium malate is a form of highly absorbable magnesium salt, not yet well known on our market, which is suitable for use in the morning and mid-morning for its energizing effect. Magnesium malate is a combination of malic acid and magnesium and it is thanks to malic acid that this form of magnesium supports the production of cellular energy (ATP, the last phase of the Krebs cycle). 1,000 mg magnesium malate = 164 mg elemental magnesium per capsule. Magnesium malate has better availability without side effects of laxative effects at higher dosage. Thanks to malic acid, this form of magnesium supports cellular energy production (Krebs cycle) and detoxification from heavy metals such as aluminum.
