Thanks to the Browin ham cooker, you can cook homemade ham from your choice of ingredients without unnecessary chemicals and preservatives. The ham cooker is made of high quality stainless steel and consists of a cylindrical container, a pressure plate with spring and a lid. Also included is a thermometer for direct temperature measurement during cooking and plastic bags made of solid material for cooking ham. The prepared sealed Browin must be placed in a larger pot of water in which the water is heated and the meat steamed. In addition to ham, you can prepare, for example, meat roulade, stew, a mixture of minced meat and also a vegetarian dish.

Easy preparation of homemade ham

Thanks to the ham cooker you will be in control of the composition of your favourite ham and its preparation is very simple. You mix the washed boneless meat with your choice of spices, salt or herbs and stuff everything into a special bag, which you put into a cylindrical container beforehand. Place the enclosed pressure plate with spring on the bag with the meat mixture, the contents of the bag are compressed and the container is closed with the lid. The thermometer, which you place in the designated hole in the lid, is designed for direct temperature measurement during cooking. The ham cooker is placed in a pot which must be at least 20 cm high and water is poured in up to the lid of the ham cooker, but not exceeding 3-4 cm below the edge of the pot. Cook according to the enclosed instructions.
