Rich, delicate aromatic coffee - indistinguishable from caffeinated coffee. High-quality coffee beans are gently freeze-dried, so the coffee retains all its aroma and flavour. In the coffee you can smell notes of dark chocolate and nuts. The tones of coffee are determined by the characteristic mineral composition of the soil on which the plant grows.

It is made from selected Arabica beans (washed, sun-dried beans), not from coffee "waste", as is unfortunately often the case with instant coffee. It is very important that Cafédirect does not use any harmful substances to remove caffeine from coffee. Caffeine is removed from coffee by a simple gentle method using only carbon - see brief diagram below. This method is completely natural and uses no toxic solvents to remove caffeine. It can therefore be recommended to everyone - even pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. Instant coffee is freeze-dried. Gentle freeze-drying preserves all the aroma and flavour. Freezing also removes 100% of the water from the coffee, so it is not susceptible to harmful mould.

Preparation
According to the desired strength of taste, pour the instant coffee into a cup, pour freshly boiled hot water. Can be flavored with milk and sugar.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
