Setting up the connection
If your current logistics setup isn't working for you, you can change it anytime on the Alza Trade portal. After logging into the administration, go to the Products and select Connection selection.
Then choose your preferred connection method from the drop-down menu, which will determine the next steps.
After submitting the request to change the connection, your system functionality will be suspended until until the transition to the new system is completed. The whole process can take several days to a week. During this time, you need to resolve all pending confirmed orders in the existing system, including shipping and any processing of returns. Once this is done, the request will be approved by the administrator.

Once the transition is complete, old orders can no longer be processed. You also need to terminate cooperation with the existing provider and cancel the availability feed sent from their side.
Alza Trade (order section)
If you have chosen an integration through Alza Trade, you will need to import and map your inventory feed for products into the portal, from where we will download their prices and stock availability.
After the request is approved in the portal, you will see the option Import prices and availability in the Products tab of your account.
When you click on the import, you will have the option to create a new product import.
You will select the warehouse to which your new import should be paired, insert the URL feed of your products, and map it according to which element in the feed corresponds to our mandatory items.
Save the import, and after it's transferred to our system, you will see your products from the feed in the Product overview where you can manage them.
You will also see the Price and Availability tab where you can manually manage the prices and availability of products.
Expando/Shoptet
If you choose integration through Expando/Shoptet, you'll need to link the systems in the Expando APP application. You can find instructions on their website.
You can find the information required for the connection in the API and Communication tab.
Once your systems are connected, you just need to finalise with Expando the sending of the feed for all your products. Then you'll be able to process your orders in the Expando APP.
API - direct connection
To connect directly to the API, select API - Direct connection from the drop-down menu. Enter the URL for order communication via API and connect your e-shop to Alza Trade. You can find the information needed for the connection again in the API and communication tab.
With the option of direct API connection, we will first go through API tests with you to see if the processes are working properly and if the messages are being sent to the API as specified in our documentation:
In the documentation, you'll find all the necessary information for your IT department to connect to Alza Trade. We'll test the functionality on a few orders, for which you'll need to have a connected availability feed for products - you send it in the Full Availability, updates in the Availability messages.
Integrators/API providers
In the case of changing the connection through an integrator, the conditions will vary depending on the requirements of each of them. In the drop-down menu, select the specific integrator/provider you've chosen. We recommend reviewing the links on our website with the terms of integrators who have a manual available for connecting to Alza Trade.
In the Alza Trade portal, you need to select the respective integrator, fill in the URL address for order communication via API, and submit the request for approval. The URL will be provided to you by the integrator after connecting Alza to their interface. The necessary connection details can be found in the "API and Communication" tab.
In this case, it's essential to follow the information provided by the integrator; Alza does not interfere in the process. After integration, it's necessary to arrange with the integrator for regular sending of stock levels and product prices in the feed/messages Full Availability and their updates - Availability messages.
