The COMBEKK cast iron pan with two handles is made from industrial waste and is 100% recycled. The frying pan is the perfect all-round cooking tool - no matter whether you choose induction or grilling, it is suitable for all types of cooking. The cast iron range has an extra thick enamelled surface and is recognisable by its refined design. You can use the pan lid from the matching Dutch oven, making the two pans perfectly combinable. On the underside there is a sign of a 100% recycled item.

Cooking

Increase the cooking temperature gradually - this will gradually heat up the whole pan. When cooking, use tools made of wood, silicone or other soft materials. Metal tools could damage the (very thick) enamel layer.

Before first use:
After removing the cast iron pan from its packaging, wash it thoroughly to remove all dust and dirt particles. Always use sufficient oil, butter or other fat when cooking. Never heat an empty pan without ingredients.
Cleaning:
It is recommended to clean the cast iron pan preferably with water and a soft brush or dish sponge. Do not use dish detergent too often, rather fill the pan with water overnight and in the morning all the dirt will be removed.
Storage:
It is important to dry the pan completely before storing. Try not to place the pan on top of other pans to avoid damaging it.
