The 6 mm thick sandwich bottom, made of 100% recycled solid stainless steel, ensures perfect heat distribution. Thanks to the three-layer bottom, this pan is very stable and not easy to tip over on the stove.

Cooking
A small amount of butter or oil is sufficient to prevent the food from sticking to the pan. It is recommended not to use non-stick cooking sprays or extra virgin olive oils, as they can lead to residue build-up and the added ingredients could damage the pan. When cooking, it is best to use utensils made of wood, silicone and plastic. Nylon spoons and squeegees are a good choice.
Before first use:
After removing the pan from its packaging, wash it thoroughly to remove all dust and dirt particles. After washing and rinsing the pan, dry it thoroughly with paper towels or a clean dish towel.
Cleaning:
Let the ceramic pans cool completely before washing. Extreme temperature changes, such as putting a hot pan directly into cold water, can damage the non-stick surface and the pan may even crack. After cooling, you can wash the pan by hand using a soft sponge or brush and dishwashing liquid.
Storage:
Always use the COMBEKK pan protector to safely store the pan. Especially for pans that have a non-stick surface. Avoid stacking pans without a protective pad. Always use a pan guard or hang the pan on a hook in the kitchen.
