A string of hair is held in place by a clasp.
The result is polished ringlets.

Conical curling wand

It has a conical shape.
The result is natural waves which become narrower at the ends.

Diameter

Approx. from 13 to 38 mm

Smaller barrel (up to 19 mm)

Suitable for short and medium length hair (shoulder length), for fine hair
Short and firm curls

Larger barrel (from 19 mm)

Suitable for long, naturally wavy and strong hair

Barrel material

Important for preventing hair damage
- Stainless steel: fast heating, the least gentle to your hair
- Ceramics: even heat distribution, hair is softer
- Tourmaline: anti-frizz, decreases static electricity
- Titanium: fast heating (ideal for coarse hair), decreases static electricity
The barrel's surface is often made of a combination of materials
It can also feature Ionization, which protects and nourishes hair

Temperature settings

Important for healthy hair
Max. temperature differs based on a hair type
- Fine hair: 100–130°C
- Coarse hair: 160–190°C
Max. temperature shouldn't exceed 200°C
