This 20cm glass lid from de Buyer is designed for cookware from the Alchimy, Loqy and Affinity ranges. The glass design gives you an overview of your food without having to lift the lid. The lid is finished with a stainless steel rim and handle, so you can safely put it in the oven at temperatures up to 250°C. After use, simply pop it in the dishwasher.

Materials and functional details
The lid is primarily made of glass, which gives you a constant overview of the food you're cooking. It is complemented by a stainless steel rim and handle. This combination means you can also use it in an oven heated to a temperature of up to 250°C. The deep rim improves stability on the pouring rims of pots and pans. A steam vent releases excess steam during cooking.
The lid is not compatible with shallow pans from the listed ranges.
