Elmich Ember enamelled cast iron pot, 24cm diameter, brown

The Elmich Ember cast iron pot has a capacity of 3.5L and is designed for preparing meals for 3–4 people. Thanks to its cast iron construction, it retains and distributes heat superbly, which you'll appreciate when slow-cooking goulash, roasting meat, or even baking homemade bread. You can use the pot on all types of hobs, including induction, and also in the oven. The internal and external enamel surface is easy to clean and doesn't absorb odours from the food you're preparing.

A traditional material with a modern finish

The Elmich Ember pot is made from cast iron, a material trusted for generations due to its unique thermal properties. It retains heat for a long time and distributes it evenly, which is key for stewing meat or slow-cooking broths. Unlike raw cast iron, this pot has an enamel coating that doesn't require lengthy seasoning or regular oiling. The smooth enamel surface is non-stick, resists odours and flavours, and is significantly easier to clean.
