Elmich Ember Enamelled Cast Iron Pot, 24cm diameter, pink

The Elmich Ember enamelled cast iron pot has a 3.5L capacity, perfect for cooking for 3–4 people. Thanks to its cast iron construction, it distributes heat evenly and retains it for a long time, which you'll appreciate when making goulash, roasts, or even homemade bread. You can use the pot on all types of hobs, including induction, and also for baking in the oven. The package includes a heavy cast iron lid that helps keep steam and moisture locked inside.

Durable surface and easy maintenance

The body of the pot and the lid are made of cast iron, which is coated on the inside and outside with durable enamel. The inner surface has a cream colour. Unlike traditional cast iron, the enamelled surface requires no seasoning or oiling. It also does not absorb odours or flavours from the food being prepared, and its maintenance is very easy.
