Elmich Ember enamelled cast iron pot, 28cm diameter, pink

The Elmich Ember 6L cast iron pot is a versatile kitchen helper, perfect for preparing meat, thick soups, or baking homemade bread. The body of the pot is made from cast iron, which offers excellent heat retention and distributes it evenly across the entire surface. This ensures your food cooks slowly, locking in flavour and succulence. The inner and outer enamelled surface is resistant to odours and very easy to clean. You can use the pot on all types of hobs, including induction, and also for baking in the oven.

Durable enamelled surface

The inner and outer walls of the pot are coated with a smooth enamel. Unlike raw cast iron, this surface does not require any seasoning or oiling before its first use. It is also completely odour-resistant, meaning it won't absorb smells or flavours from the food you're cooking, and its maintenance is very simple. The cream-coloured inner enamel makes it easier to monitor your cooking, as you can better see how well the ingredients are browning against the light background.
