ELO Cast iron pot with lid 26 cm, grey

The ELO cast iron pot with lid is designed for cooking on gas, electric, induction and halogen hobs. The material used and the thick bottom ensure even heat distribution across the entire surface, right up to the walls, while the non-stick surface prevents food from sticking. The specially designed lid with an internal grooved structure returns condensed steam evenly back to the food and ensures that the aroma is preserved during stewing. The universal cast iron pot is ideal for stewing, cooking, baking and roasting. Safety is increased by a silicone ring under the stainless steel lid handle, which dampens heat transfer. Thanks to the cast iron handles, the pot is suitable for baking in the oven up to 240 °C . The interior enamel makes cleaning easy and requires only a minimum of fat when frying. The pot' s volume of 4.2 l and diameter of 26 cm allow for the preparation of even large portions. The ELO cast iron pot with lid is dishwasher safe.
