The Gerlach Natur pot with lid has one of the best ceramic finishes currently available on the market - Ilag Xera Dur 2 ceramic non-stick surface. It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with Xerogel ceramic to prevent cracking. In addition to excellent wear resistance, the surface finish has special properties that prevent food from sticking to the surface and burning. The surface is completely safe for health, does not contain harmful substances such as PTFE, PFOA and does not emit toxic gases under the influence of heat. The Xerogel top layer also minimises cracking due to heat. The four-layered bottom with a stainless steel disc with a uniform surface allows even heat distribution, which leads to shorter cooking times and energy savings.

Durable and functional pot with lid Gerlach Nature
The Natur pots are manufactured using modern Die-Cast pot forming technology. It consists in pressing the metal into a mould, thanks to which the desired shape can be obtained. Aluminium pots formed in this way have a suitable thickness and density, which guarantees their resistance to deformation and ensures long-lasting strength. The pot is equipped with a perfectly fitting tempered glass lid with silicone rim. High-quality heat-treated glass is durable, resistant and can withstand high temperatures. The silicone rim ensures a perfect fit to the shape of the container. Two types of strainers are included in the lid to facilitate straining and pouring of liquids. The pot is suitable for use on all types of cookers - electric, gas, ceramic and induction. It is not recommended to wash the pot in the dishwasher.
Note:
Due to the specification of the design of the Natur cookware, which allows the pot to be used in the oven (without a lid), it should be remembered that the handles also heat up at the same time. It is therefore necessary to use protective accessories against burns in any case, e.g. silicone or textile.
