The Hendi 837306 catering pot, with a capacity of 9 litres, is designed for the needs of professional kitchens. The body of the pot is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to keep clean. Thanks to its special sandwich base, you can use the pot on all types of hobs, including gas, electric, ceramic and induction. A matching lid is also included in the package. After use, you can conveniently wash it in the dishwasher.

Sandwich base and safe handles

The encapsulated sandwich base is a key element for efficient cooking. Its construction combines an aluminium layer, which is an excellent heat conductor, with inner and outer layers of stainless steel. In addition, the outer casing of the base, made of 430-type steel, ensures full compatibility with induction hobs. The steel handles are attached to the pot using a multi-point system that limits heat transfer. This ensures they remain cool enough for safe handling, even during prolonged cooking.
