What charcoal grill should I choose?

A grill with a big grate provides enough cooking space to prepare food even for a larger group of people. An integral part of a charcoal garden grill is a built-in thermometer and a hinged lid. Depending on the design, you can choose from rounded or rectangular charcoal grills. The grill can be made of metal or cast iron. The cast-iron grills retain heat better, but they are also heavier.

Another type of the charcoal grill is the grill/smoker box combo. As the name suggests, this type can serve as a grill and a full-fledged smoker box.
