Burner System for Even Heat
Three independently controlled burners on the Weber Plancha Slate GPD gas griddle allow for multi-zone grilling, so you can prepare perfect pancakes on low heat and crispy bacon on high heat on a single griddle surface. The surface is safe for metal utensils, so you can flip, press, and scrape without worry. Keep your plancha equipment close at hand with a range of accessories that can be inserted into the Weber Works side table (right) or snapped onto the Weber Works side rails. The left side table can be folded down after you've finished cooking to save space.
