The durable porcelain-enameled cast iron grill grates of the Weber Spirit EX-325 gas grill can be flipped over. This makes them compatible with Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) grilling equipment, giving you maximum versatility in food preparation. You can add a plancha, pizza stone, grill rack with grill grate and other options to the grill.
