WORX Telescopic handle WA0040 for WG801E scissors

The telescopic handle WORX WA0040 is designed for the WG801E. Just plug in your 20V cordless shrub and grass shears and you're ready to work. With support wheels to support the pole and a 20V cordless shrub and grass trimmer, you won't feel a fraction of the weight. The rod can be adjusted to a length between 40 and 115 cm. To change the length of the handle, grasp the locking knob near the bend at the bottom of the bar and turn to loosen it. Pull the handle to extend it or push it to fold it. Tighten the locking handle to secure the bar at the correct height. The Telescopic Pole has two wheel positions that allow the cutting height to be adjusted to 1" or 1.7" when using the 20V Cordless Shrub and Grass Shears. To adjust the height of the cut, press the left wheel to push the spring inside. Hold the spring in position and turn the wheels to adjust the cutting height. Release the spring to lock the wheel in the set position.

Connecting 20V Cordless Shrub Shears

Connecting the 20V Cordless Shrub Shears to the Telescopic Pole is easy. Align the flat part of the Shrub Shears and Grass Shears with the attachment bracket on the handle and push them together. To remove the handle, press the locking tab on the bottom (flat) part of the telescopic pole holder, hold it down and pull the scissors out of the pole. For safety reasons, disconnect the battery from the 20V Cordless Shrub Shears and Grass Shears, use blade protectors and wear gloves.

How to use the 20V Cordless Shrub Shears after installation on the Telescopic Pole

Make sure that the battery is installed in the 20V Cordless Shrub Shears and Grass Shears. On the top of the handle, push the safety lock button forward to the "unlocked" position. Press the on/off trigger switch and you're ready to start cutting! Release the button to switch off the Worx 20V Cordless Grass and Shrub Shears. To prevent accidental start-up when not in use, move the locking button on the handle back to the "locked" position.
