Would you like to jump on a board whenever you like, without arriving at your destination without sweaty clothes? Then electroboards are made for you. They have built-in electric motors on the underside of the board and run without you having to put in any effort. They travel at speeds of up to 40 km ph and are controlled by a remote control or mobile app.

Complete beginners and advanced skateboarders alike should be able to ride electroboards with relative ease. Most models have several speeds from slow to fast. They are a great means of transport especially in the city. However, it is not very safe to ride on an electric board without a helmet and knee pads. Uneven roads and rocks can be treacherous.
Electric boards are primarily intended for riding on roads, but some models can also handle rougher terrain, such as trails in parks, etc. The smoother the terrain, the better the electric skateboard will ride. "Off-road" models are equipped with specially modified wheels and suspension for riding on rough terrain. E-boards are not suitable for riding on ramps and performing tricks.
Acceleration and braking are controlled using a bluetooth remote control, which is included in the package. It turns just like on a skateboard, i.e by leaning in the direction you want to turn. You can also try controlling it using a mobile app on your smartphone. It is also (usually) possible to set the power mode - slower eco mode or maximum speed.

Li-Ion batteries with a capacity of around 9,000 mAh are usually installed in electrical boards. They can take you up to a distance of 30 km. However, this range is usually calculated in the slowest and most economical mode. If you set the board to maximum power, the range may shrink by half. Charging then takes about 3 hours and is done through the supplied charger.

The caster is one of the main parts of the electroboard. The wheel attaches to it and is rotatable through 360 °. It is subject to the greatest load when riding. They are not interchangeable with some electroboards, so we recommend models where the casters are interchangeable.
Metal parts that are screwed to the plate/board and then castors with bearings are attached to them. The size of the trucks depends on the width of the board. Rubber pads are sometimes inserted between the trucks and the plate.
The area of the board on which the rider stands. A different size and shape of the board is produced for each type of ride. A lot of quality boards are made of Canadian maple.
Glossary
Power and speed
The power of motors ranges from 125 to 3600 W. However, it is not the main indicator of speed, but a more powerful board can climb a steeper hill and carry a heavier person. However this comes at the cost of higher energy consumption. The top speed for all models ranges from 30 to 40 km / h. During braking, some power returns to the battery thanks to the energy recovery system.
