The 3-layer non-stick surface of the KELA STELLA NOVA casserole is characterized by its structure, thanks to which the fat and juices from the dish are evenly distributed over the entire surface of the casserole and also under the dish, resulting in perfectly juicy and crispy dishes with a distinctive flavor. At the same time, it is suitable for healthy cooking with a minimum of fat, depending on the ingredients used, even without a single drop of fat. In addition, it does not contain any harmful substances such as PFOA or lead, so the resulting dishes do not lose their vitamins during cooking. VThe inner layer is highly scratch-resistant and guarantees a long service life of the saucepan. Energy-efficient cooking is ensured by a robust, hardened body made of thick cast aluminum, which heats up quickly over the entire surface and has excellent thermal conductivity. PAnother feature is the lid made of tempered heat-resistant glass, which is equipped with a silicone edge around the perimeter. Thanks to this, it adheres perfectly to the body of the pot, and is gentle on the edges when impacted. The lid has an integrated hole for natural steam regulation.
