Kolimax Classic lid 22 cm
The Kolimax Klasik lid, with a diameter of 22cm, is made from food-grade 18/10 stainless steel. Its all-metal handle features a thermal bridge break, so it won't get hot during normal hob cooking. The sheet metal is 0.8mm thick. You can safely use the lid in the oven, where it can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. After cooking, simply pop it in the dishwasher.

Material and finish of the Klasik lid
The body of the lid is made from 0.8mm thick, food-grade 18/10 stainless steel. The outside has a mirror-polished finish, while the inside surface is finely ground three times. The all-metal handle is also made of stainless steel, and its design, featuring a thermal bridge break, limits heat transfer, so you won't burn yourself during normal cooking.
