The Klasik pan with handle is made of CrNi 18/10 food-grade stainless steel for 100% safety, constructed from a solid 0.8mm thick sheet metal. The A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base saves energy during cooking. The manufacturer guarantees its perfect flatness for lossless heat transfer for the entire lifetime of the pan. The robust all-metal handle gives the cookware a solid look. You can use the pan in the oven up to 300°C. The all-metal handle has interrupted thermal bridges and does not get hot when used on the hob. It has a wide pouring rim for easy handling of the contents without dripping or mess. For easy maintenance and convenient cooking, the inner surface of the pan is triple-ground. The outer surface is polished to a mirror finish.
