The KOLIMAX FLONAX COMFORT pan is made of food-grade CrNi 18/10 stainless steel and is completely safe for health. The multi-polymer PROFESSIONAL-R layer guarantees non-stick properties even when frying without fat. The body made of solid, 1 mm thick sheet metal is complemented by the A-THERM INDUCTION accumulation sandwich bottom, whichevenly distributes heat , saves energy and maintains flatness throughout use. The pan is also suitable for catering facilities such as canteens, schools or nurseries. The ergonomic plastic handle is heat resistant up to 150 °C with a broken thermal bridge for safe handling. The inner surface is three times polished, the outer surface has a mirror polish. The pan is suitable for induction, gas, electricity and ceramic and is dishwasher safe.
