Kolimax Pot with lid 18cm, 3.0l

The pot is made from food-grade stainless steel CrNi18/10, which is perfectly safe for your health. Thanks to its A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base, you can use it on all hob types, including induction. You can also use it in the oven at up to 300°C, including the lid provided. The pot has internal volume markings.

Food-grade steel construction

The pot is made from CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel, which is 100% health-safe and does not react with food. The walls have a sheet thickness of 0.8mm, which contributes to the stability of the cookware during cooking. The pot’s interior is finely ground three times for easy maintenance, while the exterior is polished to a mirror finish. The all-metal construction means both the pot and lid can be used in the oven.

A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base

The pot features an A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base. The base absorbs heat from any type of hob and transfers it evenly throughout the contents of the pot. This enables you to cook at lower temperatures, leading to energy savings. The heat is retained in the pot even after the hob is turned off. The base is completely flat, ensuring lossless heat transfer, and is compatible with all hob types – gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

Functional details for easy cooking

The pot is enhanced with several functional elements. The all-metal handles with interrupted thermal bridges do not heat up when cooking on the hob, so you can grip them safely. A wide pouring rim allows you to easily pour soups or sauces without dripping. Inside the pot, you will find volume markings. The special shape of the stainless steel lid ensures that condensed steam drips back into the pot. This lets you cook with less water and keeps your food succulent.
