Although instant coffee is kind of despised by many experts, it is actually a practical choice for many people, especially in situations where they don't have much time to make regular beans or simply don't want to spend that much time on coffee. However, you should keep in mind that even within instant coffee there are huge differences and it certainly doesn't matter which one you choose.
What makes Gold Premium different?
There are two basic production processes by which instant coffee is obtained. The first one uses hot air to dry the strong coffee extract, resulting in fine granules of instant coffee. This method is simple and very common in practice, but unfortunately high temperatures can destroy some of the natural properties of coffee. That is why Gold Premium coffee is produced using the so-called. freeze drying, when temperatures reach nearly 50 degrees below zero. The water starts to sublimate at this temperature and the result is nice looking instant coffee roasts. This method is more time-consuming and costly, but you can see for yourself that it leads to significantly better results.

100% soluble coffee freeze-dried to Gold quality, hazelnut aroma (colour E151d).
Preparation
You can prepare Gold Premium instant coffee in the same way as any other instant coffee. The only thing you have to remember is that the temperature of the water used to pour the coffee should not exceed 90 °C (do not pour boiling water). But then it's up to you and your imagination, because our Gold Premium coffees taste great on their own, with milk, but also with milk foam or in a variety of coffee cocktails containing, for example, a little good rum or whiskey. In the hot summer months it is of course possible to prepare this coffee cold. There are no limits to your imagination in this respect.
For 1 cup (250 ml) use 1-2 teaspoons of instant coffee (5-7 g), pour warm water (90 °C).
