Fast memory and expandable storage
The computer operates with 16GB of 5600MHz DDR5 RAM. The two available slots support dual-channel configurations and expansion of the total capacity up to 64GB for working with demanding applications. The system and data are stored on a 512GB M.2 2280 SSD, which uses a PCIe 4.0x4 NVMe interface. The storage space can be further increased by installing one 3.5" HDD and filling the two free M.2 slots with additional SSDs.
Modern connectivity and internal slots
The front panel provides access to a USB-C port with 15W charging support, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, and separate audio jacks. The rear panel includes another four USB ports, a trio of video outputs (HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, VGA), and an RJ-45 connector for a wired network connection. Its original name was Legend. Later it was renamed to Legend Novo ("New Legend"), abbreviated Lenovo. In 2005 it took over IBM's computer division, which was among the largest computer makers in the world. It is similarly ambitious in the field of mobile phones, where it would like to surpass Apple and Samsung. As far as this goal goes, they acquired Motorola’s mobile division in January 2014 and have been ramping up production since. The company also produces tablets, monitors, televisions, and storage solutions. Overall, they are known for delivering quality products at reasonable prices.
