Traditional herbal medicine used as an adjunctive treatment for acute infectious diseases of the urinary tract, which are manifested by burning during urination and frequent urination. It is diuretic, antiseptic (antibacterial) and relieves smooth muscle spasms. The disinfectant effect of the bearberry (Uvae ursi folium) is suitably supplemented by other medicinal plants that increase this effect and have a beneficial effect in urinary tract diseases. The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on the experience of long-term use. Package contains 100 g. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product and in case of swelling caused by insufficient heart and kidney function. The product must not be used by pregnant and lactating women. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
Dosage and method of use
Pour 1/4 litre of hot water over 1 tablespoon of the tea mixture, leave to infuse in a covered container for 15 minutes and then strain. Serve the preparation warm 3-5 times a day. The effect is enhanced if baking soda is added to the tea after steeping (on the tip of a knife). The preparation is usually used for 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise directed by a doctor. Do not take the medicine for more than 2 weeks without consulting your doctor. If symptoms worsen or do not improve within 1 week, see a doctor. The treatment can be repeated up to 5 times a year.
Contraindications
Do not use in hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation, in rotations caused by insufficient heart and kidney function. The product must not be used by pregnant and lactating women. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
Notice
It can cause brown discolouration of the urine. Inform the attending physician that you are taking Species urologicae Planta. Consult your doctor if you develop blood or pus in your urine, lower abdominal pain or fever while taking this medicine. See a doctor if symptoms persist while using this traditional herbal remedy or if side effects or other unusual reactions occur. Consult a physician in case of overdose or accidental ingestion by a child. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the packaging as being applicable until. Return the unusable medicine to the pharmacy.
Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep in original packaging to protect the product from light and moisture. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
