Menopause and the change in estrogen levels

Dosage

Take one capsule in the morning, with or without food, or as recommended by your doctor. When taking any estrogenic medicine, it is advisable to include cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage or cauliflower in the diet. It is also advisable to use a natural progesterone cream. Do not take the dietary supplement in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or hormonally dependent tumors.
