Use:
Dissolve about 4 caps of the LIFTEA bath salts (about 8 tablespoons) in a bath of warm water. The amount can be adjusted according to the size of your bathtub. The recommended bathing time is 15 minutes at 36-38°C.
Store the salt in a clean, dry, dark and ventilated area at 5-25 °C. Keep out of the reach of children.
