Sound capture and polar pattern
This desktop microphone features a 16mm condenser capsule. The unidirectional cardioid polar pattern focuses on the speaker's voice and suppresses ambient noise from other directions. The device records sound across a frequency range of 73Hz to 19.2kHz. A sampling rate of 48kHz at 24-bit depth ensures precise capture of every detail in the human voice.
Ambient noise suppression
The design of the microphone effectively isolates your voice from background noise in the room. Cardioid directivity naturally eliminates noise from behind the microphone, such as keyboard clicks. The aluminium body with steel mesh protection prevents unwanted vibrations and resonance during recording, keeping your voice clear and intelligible even in untreated acoustic spaces. The capsule has a pickup range of up to 5m.
PC and console connection
Connect the device to your hardware using the detachable cable. The USB interface ensures wide compatibility with Windows, macOS, Android, and PlayStation systems. The 2m PVC-braided data cable converts the signal from USB-A to USB-C. Plug & Play technology eliminates the need for complex software driver installation, allowing you to start recording instantly.
Headphone audio monitoring
An integrated headphone output jack on the microphone body lets you monitor the recorded signal in real time with zero latency. The dynamic range for live headphone monitoring is 100.6dB, giving you instant feedback on your volume and clarity. The headphone output impedance is 32 Ohm.
On-body controls
Make quick recording adjustments directly on the microphone body using the intuitive controls. A rotary Gain dial lets you easily adjust sensitivity and volume, while the touch-sensitive button on top lets you instantly mute the microphone. A practical status indicator clearly shows whether recording is active or muted.
Wireless remote control
The remote control works on a piezo-electric wireless technology. This wireless button generates energy with every press, so it requires no batteries or charging. The wireless signal transmits up to 5m from the receiver. The controller lets you conveniently mute the audio from a distance, which is ideal for streamers and podcasters.
RGB backlighting and visual effects
Immersive RGB backlighting with wide customisation options enhances the look of the microphone. Choose from 8 colours and 3 dynamic lighting patterns. A dedicated touch control on top of the device lets you easily cycle through colour effects or turn them off completely. These lighting effects help create a unique atmosphere during streams and gaming sessions.
LORGAR PLATFORM software
Configure advanced settings using the companion software for Windows. This application lets you customise lighting effects and monitor device performance. The app supports synchronising lighting effects with other compatible Lorgar products. The microphone also works natively with Discord, OBS, FL Studio, Skype, and Zoom.
Mounting options and stability
The microphone comes with an adjustable desktop tripod that rotates 360°. The stand design provides high stability on your desk and makes it easy to set the perfect angle. The 5/8” thread lets you mount the microphone to a standard boom arm using mechanical fastening. The robust aluminium construction weighs 162.9g, measures 149.5×54.3×49mm, and ensures a stable connection with the mount.

Microphone principle
Dynamic microphones suit open-air performances, live broadcasting, music production, and more. They use a magnet and a moving coil to capture sound.
Condenser microphones are ideal mainly for studio work. They offer higher sensitivity and lower noise, and require external power.
Frequency range
The frequency response shows the range of frequencies the microphone can record. A wider range means it captures more sounds.
Low frequencies (e.g., 20–200Hz): Bass, the deepest tones of instruments (double bass, kick drum) and male voices.
Mid frequencies (e.g., 200–3000Hz): The body of instruments and the core of the voice where the human ear is most sensitive, crucial for speech clarity.
High frequencies (e.g., 3000–14000Hz): Treble, details, sibilants, and the "shimmer" of the sound.
Air band (above 14000Hz): Adds a sense of premium, high-quality sound and space to your recordings.
Sensitivity
Microphone sensitivity is the ratio of output voltage to acoustic pressure. It determines how loud a signal the microphone produces at a given acoustic pressure – higher sensitivity means a stronger voltage and is ideal for quiet studios, while lower sensitivity suits noisy environments as it reduces unwanted background noise.
