Ingredients
Active ingredients per 1 capsule (10 mg version): Lutein: 10 mg of Zeaxanthin: about 0.5 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil): DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) Total approx. 100 mg omega-3 (exact amount of DHA/EPA may be stated in the package leaflet) Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol): Approximately 6 mg (8.8 IU) Supplements: Gelatin (capsule shell) Glycerin (humectant) Colours (titanium dioxide, riboflavin) Other excipients according to specific manufacture (may vary).
Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day long term, after stopping with a 20 mg dose.
