Preparation
Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) of matcha tea over 200 ml of water at a temperature of 70-80 °C and stir thoroughly. In traditional preparation, the powder is whisked in a bowl with a bamboo whisk until a foam forms on the surface. Alternatively, you can use a shaker or an electric beater.
Storage
