Tea garden Rooibos red 90 g

Tea garden Rooibos red

Rooibos is a drink whose popularity has been skyrocketing, especially in recent years. And it' s no wonder, it tastes great, can be drunk hot or cold, has lots of health-promoting vitamins and minerals, and last but not least, it' s completely caffeine-free, so even children can drink it. Although rooibos is sometimes referred to as " red tea" and many people do consider it to be tea, it is not actually a tea at all in the true sense of the word. Rooibos is prepared from the leaves of the Cape tea bush (Lat. Aspalathus linearis), which are crushed after harvesting and either undergo oxidation (then we talk about red rooibos), or are sold unoxidized as green rooibos. The preparation of rooibos tea is shown in detail on the back label of its packaging.
