Dried rosehip (pharmaceutical quality).
Preparation
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea into a mug (250 ml). Pour boiling water (100 ºC) over the rose hips. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep in mind that the longer you steep the tea, the more bitter your drink will be. The rule also applies that the shorter you steep the tea, the lower its effects. You can add sweetener, honey, lemon, etc. to taste.
