Camellus Lime Blossom Tea
When the lime trees start to bloom in June, their sweet fragrance fills the air. The tiny blossoms attract hundreds of bees, and the treetop comes alive with a buzz. This is also the time when the best blossoms are picked, which, after drying, create our delicious, honey-sweet loose leaf tea. Camellus teas are prepared from Czech herbs and are hand-packed and labelled with love.
Ingredients
Small-leaved lime blossom 100%.
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the herb and let it steep for 5–10 minutes in a covered container. Always prepare the infusion fresh, immediately before use.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
