Preparation
Traditional Turkish way:
1. Pour two teaspoons of tea per person into the top teapot (the smaller part of a double teapot)
2. Pour water into the lower teapot and bring it to a boil
3. Place the upper teapot with the tea on the lower one and let the tea slowly infuse for approximately 15-20 minutes
Classic method:
1. Use one teaspoon per 250 ml of water
2. Pour boiling water over
3. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes
