JUKL Oman root 50 g is a single-species dried herb intended for the preparation of herbal tea or decoction. Oman root has a strong, slightly spicy and bitter taste with an aromatic aroma. It contributes to normal airway function and promotes expectoration. At the same time, it helps the body's natural defences and is sought after during seasonal changes or increased stress on the respiratory system. The product is carefully processed and packaged without added substances. It is suitable both for individual tea preparation and for herbal mixtures.

100% Oman root (Inula helenium).
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups per day according to taste and need.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of cold water over 1 teaspoon of the root, bring to the boil and boil gently for 10-15 minutes. Then strain and drink warm.
