Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is a fascinating plant that has been with us for millions of years. Ingredients
Horsetail stem.
Preparation
One to two teaspoons are poured over 1/4 litre of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained.
