JUKL Poplar blossom tea 30 g is a single-species herbal tea made from carefully dried poplar blossoms. It has a delicate, slightly sweet and floral taste with a pleasant aroma. Poplar is a traditional medicinal herb valued especially for its high content of mucilaginous substances. Thanks to them, it has a positive effect on all mucous membranes in the body, which it soothes, moisturizes and protects. Poplar blossom is used for irritation of the respiratory tract, digestive tract and oral cavity and is a popular component of herbal mixtures intended for general soothing and regeneration of mucous membranes.

Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups per day according to taste and need.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the flowers, leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink warm.
