Ingredients
100% matcha powder.
Preparation
Put 1–2 bamboo spoons (approx. 2g) of powdered tea into a cup or bowl. Pour 50–80ml of water heated to 70–80°C over the matcha. Gradually whisk with a bamboo whisk in a “W” or “M” motion until the tea has a thick foam with lots of small bubbles.
Recommended Dosage
The recommended daily dose is 2–4 grams in one or two daily servings. One serving (2g) corresponds to 70–80mg of caffeine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
